FAQs

Beginner’s Guide

1. Natural Eye Color
Dark eyes often create a more natural effect, while lighter eyes usually show lens colors more clearly.

2. Skin Tone & Undertone
Warm undertones may suit honey brown, amber, or olive green. Cool or neutral undertones may pair well with gray, cool brown, or blue-gray tones.

3. Hair Color & Style
Dark hair often works well with deep shades, while light hair may pair better with softer tones.

4. Occasion
For daily wear, choose soft and natural styles. For parties or photos, brighter colors and stronger patterns may stand out more.

Before You Buy

Before purchasing, customers are advised to review the product page carefully, including lens specifications, material, replacement cycle, and care instructions.

If you are unsure about lens selection or have prescription-related questions, please consult an eye care professional before ordering.

Wearing & Care Basics

For First-Time Users

If you are new to colored contact lenses, it is generally recommended to start with a shorter wearing time, such as 2–4 hours per day, and adjust gradually based on your own wearing experience.

During wear, please make sure your lenses are clean, your hands are washed and dried, and follow the product care instructions carefully. If noticeable discomfort occurs, remove the lenses and pause use.

If needed, consult an eye care professional for guidance on lens wear and selection.

Before handling your lenses, wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Make sure the lens is clean, moist, and not inside out.

To insert:
Place the lens on your fingertip, gently hold your eyelids, place the lens onto your eye, then blink softly to help it settle.

To remove:
Wash and dry your hands, look upward, gently slide the lens down, and remove it carefully with your fingers.

If the lens feels uncomfortable, remove it, clean it, and try again.

Before Handling Your Lenses

Customers are advised to wash and dry their hands before handling contact lenses. Clean hands may help reduce dust, oil, skincare, or makeup residue from coming into contact with the lenses.

Before touching your lenses:

  • Wash hands with mild soap and water
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Dry with a clean, lint-free towel
  • Avoid hand cream, lotion, or oily products

Keeping hands clean may help support easier lens insertion, removal, and daily care.

Lens Care & Storage

Unless the lenses are daily disposables, they should be cleaned after each use according to the product instructions. Gently clean the lenses with fresh lens solution and store them in a clean lens case filled with new solution.

For daily care:

  • Use fresh solution each time
  • Keep lenses fully immersed
  • Store left and right lenses correctly
  • Keep the lens case clean and closed

Do not use tap water, bottled water, or saliva to clean the lenses. If discomfort occurs, pause wear and review the care instructions.
